Hier hat es drei grosse nat\u00fcrliche Pools mitten im Regenwald. Das Wasser ist herrlich warm und bietet trotzdem eine willkommene Abk\u00fchlung. Es ist mit \u00fcber 35\u00b0C schon sehr heiss im Norden in der Trockenzeit. Die Warnschilder wegen die Krokodilen lassen einen das Ufer aus einem ganz anderen Blickwinkel sehen. Fires are banned throughout the north because the wind can spread the flames very quickly. You can see the map with the current fires and their current status on a page. It was always far away or already under control. <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lee Point Beach<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Am Morgen machen wir uns auf den Weg Richtung Darwin, es ist nicht sehr weit und wir machen noch einen gem\u00fctlichen Halt am Lee Point Beach im Norden von Darwin. Menschenleerer Strand der unendlich lang ist. Praktisch war, dass man immer alles dabei hat und nicht st\u00e4ndig ein und auspacken muss. Mal davon abgesehen, dass man im Norden an den Orten die mit 2WD erreichbar sind, gar nicht wild campieren darf. Mit den Powered Sites auf den Campingpl\u00e4tzen, die wir bis auf zwei N\u00e4chte immer hatten, war es auch sehr komfortabel und wir konnten uns, wenn es zu heiss war und gar kein Wind ging, an der Klimaanlage erfreuen. Die sanit\u00e4ren Anlagen auf den Pl\u00e4tzen waren gut gepflegt, also alles bestens.
