Sie wurde in der Ming Dynastie gebaut. Es scheint alles auf Touristen ausgerichtet zu sein. Ist es auch, aber so konnten die alten kleinen Strassen auch so bleiben und wurden nicht modernisiert, eigentlich eine sch\u00f6ne Sache.&nbsp;Nach einer Weile f\u00fchlten wir uns nicht mehr wie in Man konnte es sich gerade vorstellen wie es hier fr\u00fcher roch und wie es gesch\u00e4ftig zu und her geht. In einem der Schaufenster gab es einen wundersch\u00f6nen dunkel blauen F\u00e4cher aus Holz mit kleinen gemalten Bl\u00fcmchen. Soooo sch\u00f6n\u2026 aber die Reise dauert noch zu lange um ihn zu kaufen, nicht dass er noch kaputt geht unterwegs.&nbsp;<br><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"pgc-sgb-cb Am Anfang war er eher schwerf\u00e4llig aber dann begann er j\u00fcngere Fahrer herauszufordern. Es war ein Spass.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Und nun? Beijing ade und los mit dem Hochgeschwindigkeitszug nach Xi\u2018an.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aber erstmal durch einen Security Check. Spraydosen \u00fcber 150 ml sind nicht erlaubt, dessen waren uns \u00fcberhaupt nicht bewusst. Und so bleibt der Haarschaum von Sylvia in Beijing. Und wer sie kennt, der weiss, sie fand es kein bisschen am\u00fcsant.&nbsp;Pro Jahr reisen hier ca. 65 Mio Passagiere, unsere Fahrt nach Xi\u2019an \u00fcber 1250 Km dauert 4,5 Stunden und ist super Man kann kein scharfes Foto mehr aus dem Fenster machen.&nbsp;Aber die Aussicht ist unfassbar. Die Weiten, die Felder. Und wieder gigantische Wohnsilos im Vorort einer Stadt.&nbsp;Unvorstellbar so zu leben.&nbsp;Die Landschaft ver\u00e4ndert sich, es wird h\u00fcgelig, Terrassen sind in die H\u00fcgel geschlagen. Ob das noch Reisterrassen sind?&nbsp;Nun gibt es auch ab und zu verlassene Ortschaften mit zerfallenen Backsteingeb\u00e4uden.&nbsp;Und immer wieder riesige Baustellen. F\u00fcr Br\u00fccken, breite Strassen und Wohnsilos.&nbsp;Man kann es kaum fassen. Dieser riesige Kontrast zwischen der Moderne und dem Alten.&nbsp;Wir sind sprachlos. Xi\u2018an ist unglaublich gross. Ganze Hochhaus Plantagen. Unendlich viele, absolut surreal.&nbsp;12,5 Millionen Menschen wohnen und arbeiten hier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mit unseren Fahrer sind wir in einer halben Stunde am Ziel.&nbsp;Eaton Hotel in Xi\u2018an Ein tolles Hotel nimmt uns in Empfang und das Visum f\u00fcr Tibet liegt auch schon am Empfang parat. Die Kellnerin weist uns einen grossen Tisch zu und steht bereit mit der digitalen Speisekarte. Sie zeigt uns Huhn und Rindfleisch Gerichte. Spontan f\u00e4llt uns ein H\u00fchnertopf ins Auge. Auch ein Teller mit etwas Gr\u00fcnem mit etwas nicht identifizierbarem Weissem, eher schrumpelig aussehendes Etwas. Markus winkt meine Zweifel ab und somit ist auch das bestellt.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oh mein Gott war das lecker, es war wie Kresse Salat mit grossen Bl\u00e4ttern und rohen Waln\u00fcssen, alles mit Zitrone und Chili garniert. Herrlich\u2026&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nur der H\u00fchnertopf liess auf sich warten. Als dieser endlich kam war klar warum das l\u00e4nger gedauert hat. Auf einem Bett aus mildem Knoblauch, Ingwer und Zwiebeln lagen die H\u00fchnerteile in einem Keramiktopf der direkt aus dem heissen Ofen kam. Garniert mit Minze. Wieder wurden wir absolut positiv \u00fcberrascht.
