That was today's plan: finalise posts, the writer is four days behind. Fortunately, New Zealand has been finalised. We are in New Zealand from 3 May to 19 June. And as is so often the case, things turn out differently than expected. Got up, looked outside and again wonderful weather, something has to be done. Stanley, a small fishing village just over an hour away, is still possible. Tomorrow we're heading back to Hobart and on to Melbourne.

The mountain is called The Nut...

Now with the Godfreys Beach

There is a Swiss Feeling chairlift

And then a two-kilometre circular route with an incredible view.

In a small forest, a wombat warmed itself in the autumn sun.

In Stanley we had lunch in the harbour restaurant Hursey

On the way home there was a real crash, we had to wait a long time before we could continue and the diversions would have taken us three hours. But what the hell, we have time.
