The Roratonga weather makes it easy for us to say goodbye, it is rainy and overcast. On Sunday we went to the Muri Night Market, a lively affair with various food stalls. We had very good spare ribs and a mango curry chicken. With the weather like this, it's easy to plan how to continue our journey. Well, the web is very, very slow at our last location and don't say we have time now.

Passage Villas
The Passage Villas are just outside Muri, we have hired a car so we are flexible when travelling and also have transport to the airport.

What happens next in Australia

We fly back to Melbourne and take a hire car to Sydney. We drive along the coast to Philip Island, where we hope to see the penguins, on to the Lakes Entrance and then rent a houseboat in Mallacoota at the weekend. We continue to Canberra and from there to the Blue Mountains. We explore Sydney for 10 days and then fly to the Gold Coast. We take the hire car to Brisbane where we visit Jenny and Brad, whom we met in Fiji.
We then explore the area around Cairns before setting off on a diving safari on the Great Barrier Reef. We then stay in Cairns for a few more days so that we and our things can dry out again.
Darwin is the last stop on our Australian journey, we take a campervan and explore the national parks in the area.
We'll probably need a break first... Bali is only a 2.5-hour flight away 😅 and the flight is very cheap.
Wow - holidays from the holidays 🙂 that's an announcement!
Great trip you are planning here again - chappo 😉
