After a great breakfast, it's not easy to say goodbye to Michael and the poodles, but we keep in touch. Maybe we'll meet again when Michael travels to South Africa, in Mauritius😅.
Sylvia feeds the parrots again, then we continue to Surfers Paradise.
The Rapsody resort is not far from the centre and we got the room earlier. The roof terrace on the 41st floor makes a visit from Q1 unnecessary, the view couldn't be better. And the view from the room is impressive. In the evening, there is a market on the beach, where Sylvia buys bracelets.
I don't know where all the people are who live in these high-rises, there's not much going on.
For our English-speaking friends, the homepage is now also available in English thanks to Deeple, which goes online without having to translate each page individually. Technology that inspires.👍
Wow the first impressions are great 🙂 but I think also slightly windy...?
The city seems to be awesome - hopefully also culinary 😉
Greetings

Oh yes, it was quite windy today, we went to eat at the marina where the boats are parked, the equivalent of a family home.
It's nice and warm in the sun but the wind is still fresh, so it's slowly becoming spring here.
