After the diving safari, we are allowed to rest for another three days before travelling on to Darwin in the hot north. We found a Balinese restaurant in Cairns. The chef learnt from Heiz von Holzen. We were also at Heinz's cookery school 23 years ago. The food was great and we were able to reminisce.
