There is a lot to tell, we hope you have time... Our stay in Switzerland was cold, wet and so wonderfully warm. We were able to spend a lot of time with friends and family, at times we had two appointments, at lunchtime and in the evening. Then there were also visits to the doctor, vaccinations and administrative matters to take care of. We think 4 weeks is too short. We had a very nice Christmas with the family, the turkey turned out well and there were also nice presents under the tree. We were always allowed to have breakfast at Helma's in the morning and then had enough energy for the whole day, thank you very much for that.
We were able to celebrate New Year's Eve with our friends and slipped into the New Year in a merry mood, thanks again to Patty and Stefano for organising and hosting.
Of course we also had to visit our favourite pub in Chrüzli in Zurich - no, there were two of them - and as always, it was a fun and entertaining time. Many thanks to Roman, Andrea, Giusi and Helma for accompanying us and of course to Roberto and Stefan for the great hospitality.
And here it comes, hopefully we won't forget anyone, we would like to thank:
Mario, Hansjörg, Stefano and Patty, Sylvia and Gerhard, Jeremy, Monti and Andy, Alex and Sergio, Beat, Yvonne and Remo, Mr Glöckner, Hafekran Max, Karin and Dani, Fritz, Dominique, Patrick, Andrea and Roman, Giusi, Roberto and Stefan, Helma, Marion, Selina and Floh, Catherine and Kevin, Corinne and Rene, Bernadette and Markus, Margrit and Sepp, Claudia and Christian, Rita, Pia and Jochen, Severina, Daniel and Matthias, Nicole and Thomas, Roger (also for looking after the letterbox), Conny and Daniel, Daniela and Robert and of course the farewell committee at the airport. We already miss you all and look forward to seeing you again. We won't have to wait until we're back in Switzerland to see some of you again, we're already looking forward to that.
We missed taking a photo of everyone, there was so much to tell.
