On our flight from Paris to Mauritius in January, we had to turn back after a while and then finally arrived in Mauritius after a long delay and half a night in Paris.
Then we thought, maybe there is still some compensation? The google search gave us the company Flightright so we filled in the form online and agreed that they could keep part of the compensation for their services if we were successful. Well lo and behold, we were informed that we would still be paid €840 net. Great thing and we had nothing to do with it. No idea if it would have been so easy without the lawyers... Have you ever needed something like this?

No - at the time when we were also in such a situation, there was no talk of possible compensation 🙁
But it's great that it was worth it. For 5.95 CHF the effort would be too bad.....
