Sunday Walk

Today was exercise on the program, after we had visitors yesterday and we cooked, the Greiner family had to get some momentum today. Yesterday the Sieper family was on a visit, they live here and accompany companies and private individuals who want to settle in Mauritius. There were salmon rolls, Zürigschnätzlets with rösti and thanks to Patrick, Basler Läckerli and Rahmdäfeli. Although we could also have presented the Lindtschoggi from the local supermarket.
So off to the beach of La Preneuse. NO ONE WALKS HERE, SO WE WERE THE ONLY ONES ON THE SEVEN KILOMETERS OR SO???? pedestrians.

Well, with very high humidity and 30 degrees, it was a humid and cheerful walk. It then started to rain and it was already noon, so look for a restaurant… Yay, there is an Indian nearby!

Happy Rajah Indian Restaurant

There was tandoori chicken, daal and chicken biryani, naan was not to be missed either. It was really authentic, I think we took the leftovers with us for the first time and warmed them up again in the evening.

For dessert there was an affogado and an espresso, of course from Nespresso. Who invented it? The Swiss????
