Today is changeover day, we continue to Gold Coast. Actually, we had booked the flight in the afternoon and we would not have to leave the apartment until 11:00. Packing up comfortably and so… But actually… Then came the mail from Jetstar that the flight was canceled, two new options were offered, shortly before 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. Ready, set, go… we have never packed so quickly. But we were there, the domestic airport of Sydney is not very small either.
Well, the flight was delayed by an hour. It was also a wobbly thing because of the strong wind. Uber takes us to our accommodation and we are warmly welcomed by Michael with his poodles. The apartment is on the 14th floor with a beautiful view of the beach, in the background you can see Surfers Paradise.
