Never heard of it? Cook Island maybe... South Pacific ....From Fiji we fly back to Auckland because you can't get there directly from there. Yes, Air New Zealand, not quite so flexible, which has always worked for us and other airlines so far, doesn't work here. Because we don't have the flights on the same ticket, we have to enter the country, including the whole entry procedure, so that we can leave three hours later, and of course take our suitcases out and back in again. Well, we have time.
We arrive in Roratonga at 10 am on 28 June. We departed from Auckland at 06:00 on 29 June, which is something like "Back to the Future". After a short taxi ride, we arrive at our beach house. The cottage is right on the water, with a fine sandy beach and crystal-clear water. We have four different accommodations here, which is a very good start.
