Apart from fishing and helicopter flying, there's practically nothing going on here. Ok, we wanted to relax a little, rework the website and plan Mauritius. What could be better than a holiday park right by the sea? Take a dip in the water and enjoy the sunset. It's all possible here, except for swimming. When we arrived on Saturday, there were lots of weekenders on the site and the only pub far and wide was full, but there was nobody in the water. Then we also saw the warnings about the saltwater crocodiles, so only swim if there are obviously slower people than us in the water, as this is also not the case we just leave it. On Saturday evening there was the quarter-final of the AFL (footy championship) and there was live music, so it was all good. We've never been bored so far.
Now that there are only a few visitors on the site, the internet speed has also become more or less bearable again. Our time in Australia will soon be coming to an end and we still can't believe it. We were able to meet so many people, marvel at nature and gain new experiences. It will take a lot of time to recapitulate and categorise it all.
