Kaikoura is only a two-hour drive, it is an Eldorado for wildlife watching. After arriving at the motel we drive to the sea lion colony. There are so many animals, where to look first? Again a viewpoint, of course we have to go up there.

Dusky Dolphins
We were already in the car again, when Sylvia saw something jumping with the kayak paddlers, what came next we have never seen before. So many dolphins at once and that from land. They wanted to outdo each other with their jumps.
Sperm whales
