We had to turn around after a while on our flight from Paris to Mauritius in January and then, with a lot of delay and half a night in Paris, we finally arrived in Mauritius.
Then we thought, maybe there is still compensation? The Google search suggested the company Flightright to us, so we filled out the form online and agreed that they could keep part of the compensation for their services if they were successful. Well, lo and behold, we were informed that we would still be paid 840€ net. Great thing and we had nothing to do with it. No idea if it would have been so easy without the lawyers… Have you ever needed something like this?

Nein – dann zu mal als wir auch in einer solchen Situation waren, hat man noch nicht von möglichen Entschädigungen gesprochen 🙁
Aber toll das es sich gelohnt hat. Für 5.95 CHF wäre der Aufwand zu Schade…..
