For the last night in Hong Kong we have booked something special, we change to the Peninsula Hotel in Hong Kong. One of the most traditional hotels in the city. We are curious what to expect. It will be a quiet day and we enjoy the luxury in the hotel. In the evening there is Asian food in the Michelin star restaurant.
For lunch we go to the lobby, there is Nasi Goreng is quite well done and there is live music on top.
there are some restaurants and also a Bündner Stube, where you can enjoy fondue and raclette.
Since it is raining we can enjoy the view from our room and exactly, do nothing, even nice. Slowly it gets dark and we go for a drink in the bar and then in the restaurant Spring Moon. Two star restaurant, it was good but not wow. The tea sommelier was great.
At night, the view is almost more impressive.
