Perth inspired us, a great city: really very clean, friendly people, good gastronomy, public transport with 5 lines in the city center for free, imposing architecture with old and new buildings. There is nothing to complain about. On the last evening we went to Chinatown and there to a restaurant that is only visited by Chinese. It was very good and we had a great time.
Now it’s on to Alice Springs in the red center of Australia.
Qantas with state-of-the-art check-in infrastructure that doesn’t quite work, but in the end everything worked out and our luggage was also there. The food on the flight from Perth to Adelaide was excellent and free wifi on the flight at a good speed.
Hello Alice Springs
The arrival in Alice Springs was like elsewhere 20 years ago. We got off the stairs and at the only baggage carousel we got our luggage. The Korean restaurant just around the corner cooked us well. We are now 7.5 hours ahead of Swiss time.
