We fly from Adelaide to Melbourne and then on to Hobart, the capital of Tasmania. Our accommodation is near Elisabeth Street, which reaches into the harbour. We arrive in the evening and go shopping and then to the restaurant, it was not so easy to choose one from the huge selection.

Hobart also has a good mix of old and new buildings. In the morning we took the bus to Mount Wellington 1271 m high. It was quite windy and cold. But the view of the bay and Hobart is impressive.
With the double-decker Touribus, you can visit cities efficiently with commentary and it was already evening and in the harbor there were wonderful fish and chips.
