After the liveaboard we are allowed to rest for three days before we continue to Darwin in the hot north. In Cairns we found a Balinese restaurant. The chef learned from Heiz von Holzen. We also went to Heinz cooking school 23 years ago. The food was great and we were able to reminisce.
