It had been planned for a long time that we would make a chocolate menu. Uwe and Emilia have a running gag because of the chocolate beef and Markus didn’t miss it. Many years ago we were served a chocolate menu at the Waldstätterhof in Brunnen. Since Emilia, Manav and Lou have so much work at the moment, we will do it in the rustic apartments in Point au Cannonier.
But what exactly should there be? The main course was clearly beef, so a menu had to be planned.
So order wine, make a shopping list, pick out recipes and prepare a lot.
Then pack everything and off you go
Fortunately, our car is so big. Arrived, first set up everything and then we can start.
It was a nice evening, we all enjoyed it very much and Markus was happy that everything worked out well.
